Program to welcome Ms. Agrima Nair, who is on her motto to promote a ‘healthy living through Yoga’, Yoga awareness. She has been ib a cycle expedition from Thiruvananthapuram to Ladakh creating awareness about Yoga. On behalf of Ladies wing HMAI Dr. Sneha majmundar falicitated Ms. Agrima Nair on 14th August, Sunday morning 7 am at Vallabh Sadan, Riverfront , then practiced Yoga with her for about one hour. About 10 members attended yoga session.
