A workshop on yoga was organized on 06.07.2023 by ladies wing of HMAI Ahmedabad unit. At 2pm lecture started on the topic of MIND vs I. Speaker was our member MRS.JAYSHREE SHAH. She gave idea about how to control, train and conditioned our mind in situation of stress. Few tips were given by her with few routine stretch exercises and aasans.
